Debra Fraser serves as TLN President/CEO having an extensive background with 30 years of television experience. She began with Total Living International in 1998 when the ministry received the license for the San Francisco broadcast channel for TLNWest. In 1998, Debbie was asked to join the team as Director of Affiliate Relations to secure cable coverage, implement governmental compliance, develop personnel, and oversee promotional and marketing activities. As Affiliate Relations Director, Debra worked to build vital relationships with cable and satellite, non-profit organizations, and to build bridges between Greater Chicagoland area and the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2002, she was named General Manager of TLNWest where she began to manage the day to day operations, governmental compliance, and host the Emmy Award winning show People Like You, 16th seasons and counting. Under her leadership, the station was named Full Power Broadcast Station of the Year by the National Religious Broadcasters Association in 2005, 2006, 2011, 2014, and 2015. The People Like You episode “Every 15 Minutes” received an Emmy Award by the National Association of Television Arts and Sciences, Northern California Chapter. Debra continues to hold the position of General Manager at TLNWest.
Debra began her career in television in 1982 when she accepted a managerial position with Family Christian Broadcasting (FCB) in Concord, California at TV 42. She worked in areas of personnel, promotions, sales, marketing, and production. She also served as co-host, guest host, and talent for the station. However, it was her emphasis in programming, governmental affairs, FCC regulations compliance, and her ability to manage people and projects that led to her being named General Operations Manager. This promotion placed her at the helm of both the commercial and non-commercial activities of the station. She produced and executive produced more than a dozen programs including a live nightly two-hour broadcast during her 11+ years with FCB. During her tenure there she was responsible for managerial and programming responsibilities of three broadcast stations and served as Executive Producer for in-house productions. Debra’s work career dates back to 1975 with the majority of that time invested in non-profit organizations. Her experience includes management, HR, corporate law assistance, FCC compliance, on-air talent, and fundraising. Since childhood, Debra has been part of church and para church communities and understands the value of living out faith with the support of other believers. She spent many years as Drama Director for a Bay Area church, Children’s Program Director, keyboardist and board member. Her career choices have greatly been influenced by a desire to help people live total healthy lives. Debra is married to her high school sweetheart, Jack. Together they have two daughters, Kristen and Brooke, who they consider to be their greatest achievements and most cherished friends. Debra thrives in the close relationships she has with Jack and their two daughters. Both girls graduated Summa Cum Laude with multiple degrees from their respective universities and have been featured guests on “Mother’s Day” episodes of People Like You.
Jerry Rose is the Chairman of the Board of Total Living Network, a multimedia ministry with broadcast and cable channels in California and Illinois, and an affiliate group of television stations nationwide. TLN’s programming is also seen in Eastern Europe and throughout the Middle East.
Jerry is the writer and host of Journey a faith-based teaching television series, the host of On Screen, a Hollywood produced celebrity interview series and Significant Insights a weekly interview show on the Total Living Network. Jerry has been personally honored with numerous awards including: The Silver Circle Award of Chicago Broadcasters from National Association of Television Arts and Sciences, the National Achievement Award for Radio, Television and Film from the Daughters of the American Revolution, and the Distinguished Milestone Service Award from the NRB.
Jerry has served on the Executive Committee of the NRB for over 25 years and as its President for three years. He is currently a member of the NRB Board of Directors. He also served for two years as the President of the West Central Association, a business group which works with the city of Chicago on the development of the west side of downtown Chicago.He is an ordained Assemblies of God Minister, and the author of five books including the latest Significant Living, A Roadmap for the Rest of Your Life. Jerry is a native Texan who still rides horses and participates nationally in an old west sport called Cowboy Mounted Shooting.Jerry Rose stepped down as President/CEO of Total Living International effective May 31st, 2016, after 37 years of leading the television ministry. At the request of the Board, Rose will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors. He will also continue to host his weekly interview show, “Significant Insights,” and serve in an advisory capacity to the new President/CEO. TLI is the parent company of Total Living Network (TLN) located in Chicago, IL and TLNWest-TV located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Rose succeeded Owen Carr, the Founder and first President/CEO of the television ministry in 1979. He previously served as the Vice President and General Manager.
